1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Singh Followers mobile application (“App”) and the website singhfollowers.co.in (“Site”), collectively the “Services”. By installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that a parent/guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3) License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You shall not (a) copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble; (c) remove or alter proprietary notices; (d) use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose; (e) circumvent security features; (f) access or collect data via automated means without permission.

You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms (e.g., Google Play policies) when using the App.

4) Account & Security

Some features may require optional account or identifiers. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your device and any credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your use.

5) Acceptable Use Policy

• No infringement of third-party rights (IP, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights).
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, or disrupt the Services.
• No posting/sharing of unlawful, harmful, hateful, or misleading content.
• No use of the Services to violate platform rules of any social network or third party.

6) Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including software, UI, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content) are owned by or licensed to Singh Followers and are protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly stated, no rights are granted to you.

7) Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party SDKs or links (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, social). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of such services may be governed by their terms.

8) Updates & Changes

We may provide updates, patches, or new features. Some updates may be required for continued use. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SINGH FOLLOWERS OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

11) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Singh Followers and its affiliates, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your (a) use of the Services; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) infringement or violation of any third-party rights.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or to protect our interests. Upon termination, your license to use the App shall cease.

13) Communications & Electronic Notices

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically (e.g., in-app notices, emails). Such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the following arbitration clause, the courts at Hathras, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Arbitration: Any dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, the language shall be English, and the award shall be final and binding.

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified via the Site/App.

ये Terms & Conditions बताती हैं कि आप Singh Followers ऐप और वेबसाइट का उपयोग किस नियमों के साथ कर सकते हैं। ऐप का लाइसेंस व्यक्तिगत और सीमित है; रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग/दुरुपयोग/किसी के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन अनुमति-योग्य नहीं है। सेवाएं “जैसी हैं” आधार पर उपलब्ध हैं; किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष/विशेष नुकसान के लिए हमारी देयता सीमित है। किसी विवाद की स्थिति में न्यायक्षेत्र हाथरस, उत्तर प्रदेश होगा और विवादों का निपटारा एकल मध्यस्थ (arbitrator) के जरिए होगा।
